He has a wealth of experience and knowledge to bring to providing high-quality advice and support for all our clients.

Aidan’s journey through the financial services world is both rich and varied. Starting out as a commodities broker in the City of London. Aidan then moved into roles focusing on client relationships in investment banking, where he honed his skills in catering to private investors. Now, as a key member of our independent financial advisory team, Aidan brings his wealth of experience to help clients like you, especially in areas of pensions and investments. He’s always here, ready and eager to engage with you every day, answering your questions and guiding you through your financial journey with a friendly, approachable touch.

Zach Berry

Paraplanner

Zach joined the Eadon & Co team as a Paraplanner in early February 2024. Zach brings with him a wealth of knowledge from the financial services sector, having honed his expertise over three years in financial litigation with a renowned Top 200 Global International Law Firm. His journey in the field of law began with a four-year study at the University of Liverpool, which was further enhanced by a year spent in Shanghai as part of his program.

In his role at Eadon & Co, Zach is entrusted with a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from assessing our clients existing pension arrangements to ensuring that our advice is communicated effectively, in a manner that is both clear and concise. Zach plays a pivotal role within our paraplanning team, seamlessly integrating all aspects of our advisory process into straightforward, understandable suitability reports for our clients.

Pension Administrator

Laura, our esteemed Pension Administrator, brings to the table a solid foundation of two years in Financial Administration. She embarked on her professional journey after earning her degree from a prestigious institution in London, where she dedicated three years to her studies. Following her graduation, Laura ventured from London to Manchester, marking a significant career move by joining a globally recognized Insurance Firm.

Driven by her relentless pursuit of broadening her expertise in financial services, Laura became a part of Eadon & Co at the onset of 2024. In her current role, she actively engages with clients and pension providers on a daily basis, offering guidance and support as they navigate their financial journey with our firm.

Paul Hoyle

Chartered Financial Planner and T&C Supervision Manager

Paul has worked within the financial services industry for over 30 years, and his background has seen him work for some of the most recognisable financial companies and Government organisations within the UK whilst also co-establishing and undertaking a lead role (compliance & advisory) within an award-winning Independent Financial Advice firm for eight years. Whilst specialising in the area of ‘life planning’ within the financial planning process, another area of his expertise lies within the field of pensions, especially around the technical and regulatory compliance areas like Pensions & Divorce, property purchase via SIPP/SSASs, transfers and post-retirement planning.

Michael Burney

Financial Adviser

Michael prides himself on excellent customer service as well as both respecting and understanding his clients’ needs. Over the years he has developed exceptional working and personal relationships with clients and always emphasises that every client is different and needs to be treated and valued as an individual.

Michael has a wealth of experience in the Financial Services industry, both whilst working for the Royal Bank of Scotland and managing and growing a business. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and family and has a passion for football and all sports, along with a keen interest in History.

Noor Uddin

As an experienced Financial Planner, Noor is committed to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards in financial services. Noor enhanced his skills and financial knowledge through his qualifications in mortgages, financial planning and pensions with the London Institute of Banking & Finance. Noor has also been awarded Young Entrepreneur and Professional Financial Planner 2018.

Progressing through to senior roles within national advisory firms, Noor experienced first-hand the wide-ranging regulatory changes within the financial services industry and developed the operational knowledge to run his successful advisory business, Atrium Financial trading style of Eadon & Co Ltd, now recognised as the best top 3 financial services business in Bradford for 2 consecutive years.

William Burrows

Financial Adviser

William Burrows specialises in advising clients on all aspects of retirement planning and has been advising clients for over 25 years. He has written a number of acclaimed guides including; Retirement Advice; an art or a science.

William also runs the Retirement Planning Project which is a website that makes it easier for people to get help and advice about pension, annuities, drawdown and other retirement options.

William is regularly quoted in the national press and other media including the BBC.

Steve Hunt

Financial Adviser

A Chartered Insurance Risk Manager, Steve has more than 40 years of experience advising in all aspects of financial advice but specialising in pensions and retirement income. Steve previously held senior positions with large Final Salary schemes and functioned as a Trustee.

Steve has been helping people with all aspects of pensions and retirement income for decades and has given advice to FTSE100 directors as well as factory & shop floor workers.

Simon Whitehead

Financial Adviser

Simon has over 35 years experience in financial services. He is a qualified chartered accountant and has worked as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive for several major life insurers, investment managers and mortgage lenders. He is qualified to advise on pensions, investments, mortgages, equity release and long-term care.

Simon’s wide financial experience and understanding are brought to bear on his clients’ needs, helping to plan their financial future. He is always happy to have informal, informative and free conversations with prospective clients before they make any commitments.
